I understand that refunds are extremely limited, shipping and customs risks are borne by me, and payments are final once authorised.”

This acknowledgement is:

* Required to complete payment

Failure to provide this consent prevents transaction completion.

By proceeding to payment, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

WeddingEase operates on a strict no-refund basis

Once an order is processed or a service is scheduled:

* No refunds

* No reversals

* No cancellations

Payments are final once authorised by the payment gateway

Customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, event cancellation, or preference mismatch does not entitle the user to a refund

The user further agrees not to initiate chargebacks inconsistent with these terms.

By confirming the order, the user expressly acknowledges that:

* WeddingEase is not a logistics carrier, courier, or customs broker

* Shipping is facilitated through independent third-party partners

* Risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, seizure, or confiscation transfers to the user once the shipment is handed to the logistics partner

* WeddingEase is not liable for transit delays or courier actions

The user voluntarily assumes all shipping-related risks.

For international orders, the user expressly confirms that:

* Shipments are executed on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis

* The user is the importer of record

* All customs duties, taxes, levies, and clearance charges are payable by the user

* Customs authorities may delay, inspect, reject, or seize shipments

* No refunds shall be issued for customs-related delays, seizures, or rejections

This consent is a material condition of international transactions.

The user acknowledges that:

Exchanges are permitted only for:

* Incorrect product delivered; or

* Product received damaged

Exchange requests must comply strictly with:

* 14-day reporting window

* Verification requirements

* Availability conditions

All exchange-related shipping and handling costs are borne by the user

No other exchange or return claims shall be entertained.

By booking any service, consultation, or digital experience, the user confirms that:

* Services are advisory and subjective in nature

* Outcomes depend on personal preferences and inputs

Services are:

* Non-refundable

* Non-cancellable

* Non-transferable

Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for compensation

The user expressly acknowledges that:

WeddingEase acts as a platform facilitator and coordinator

WeddingEase does not:

* Manufacture products

* Own all inventory

* Act as an escrow or financial intermediary

* Guarantee vendor performance beyond verification

Vendors are independent third parties responsible for fulfilment

This acknowledgement prevents misinterpretation of WeddingEase’s role.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

* Payments are processed via third-party PCI-DSS-compliant gateways

* WeddingEase does not store payment credentials

* Transactions may be monitored for fraud and abuse

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

* Account suspension

* Transaction restrictions

* Recovery of dispute-related fees

The user agrees to resolve disputes through WeddingEase support channels before approaching banks or card issuers.

By proceeding with checkout, the user consents to:

* Collection and processing of personal data for order fulfilment

Sharing of necessary information with:

* Payment gateways

* Logistics partners

* Vendors and service providers

Cross-border data processing for international users

All data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The user acknowledges that WeddingEase shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:

* Natural calamities

* Government actions

* International shipping restrictions

* Customs enforcement

* Strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events

Such events do not entitle the user to refunds or compensation.

By clicking “Pay Now”, “Place Order”, or any equivalent confirmation button, the user:

* Confirms informed and voluntary consent

* Accepts all platform policies as binding

* Waives claims inconsistent with disclosed terms

* Acknowledges that this consent has the same legal effect as a written agreement

This acceptance is time-stamped, logged, and retained as transaction evidence.

This Checkout Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of user location or delivery destination.
