Where a refund is approved under Section 3 for Wedding Ease services:

* Wedding Ease will initiate refund instructions to the payment gateway within 7-14 (business days) working days.

Actual credit timelines depend on:

* Bank processing time in India

* Card issuer timelines

* International payment networks

Wedding Ease shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

* Banks in India

* Card issuers

* Payment gateways

* Currency conversion timelines for international wedding clients

Refunds, where applicable, are typically issued to the original mode of payment. Any alternative refund method is purely discretionary for Wedding Ease.

5.1 No Partial Refunds for Wedding Ease Offerings

Wedding Ease does not permit partial refunds under any circumstances. The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

* Shipping charges for wedding products

* International freight costs for bridal attire

* Customs duties and import taxes for India-bound shipments

* Handling and packaging fees

* Service or consultation fees for wedding planning

* Platform facilitation charges

Even in cases where an order is partially cancelled (where permitted), shipping and associated charges remain payable and non-refundable for Wedding Ease clients.

7.1 Post-Processing Cancellations for Wedding Ease Services

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins for Wedding Ease products or services.

Orders cannot be cancelled after:
